Program:  Customer Acquisition – The PGA TOUR MasterCard Program

Client Objectives:

  • Increase accounts for the PGA TOUR MasterCard.
  • Program activity to include representation at all PGA TOUR and CHAMPIONS TOUR events throughout the country.

OSM Solution:

Develop a mobile application acquisition program which would travel with both The PGA TOUR and CHAMPIONS TOUR. Create touring vehicles and teams of full time event managers and representatives. These dedicated teams were to manage every aspect of program activity including acquisition, event and local staff management, and on site logistics.


OSM exceeded the goals of Bank of America and The PGA TOUR by 35% through new accounts.  Consistency in appearance and message was achieved through staff familiarity of materials and venues.  Program was instrumental in representing both organizations in such a way that it paved the way for an extension of the relationship between client and partner.
